Posting Jobs

Yes. You get your own customizable job board that can be branded with your dealership logos, colors and photos.

Yes. TalentNest allows dealership to post internal job opportunities on employee-only job boards.

No. All candidates received through TalentNest are kept private to your account. None of their information (or your information) is shared with any other company.

Yes. TalentNest offers multi-location job postings, allowing candidates to pick the hiring location closest to them from Google Maps

Applying For Jobs

Yes, candidates can connect to TalentNest with Facebook, LinkedIn, Google and Twitter. This makes it easy for candidates to create an account and not have to remember a password.

Yes. Candidates are able to upload files in multiple formats: PDF, Microsoft Word (.doc and .docx), Open / Libre Office (.odt), Rich Text Format (.rtf), HTML, and text and image files, to name a few.

Candidates receive an acknowledgement email after every completed application. They can also log in to your dealership’s career portal (once they create a profile) to check the status of all jobs they have applied for.

Yes. Once an account is created, candidates can log in and use the “Edit Resume” feature to keep their information current. Once updated, the newest version of a candidate’s resume will be visible across all jobs they have applied for.

No. TalentNest is not a recruiting service. But we do provide a platform that makes it incredibly easy for you to track all of your candidates and rate them after each interview.


Yes. Job alert emails are available to candidates via subscription.

Yes. Candidates receive email notifications regarding the status of each job application submitted. Information provided via email includes when the application was received and if the candidate has been deselected.

Technical Support and Releases

No. TalentNest is Software-as-a-Service. All you need to get started is a Web browser and reliable Internet access. If you would like to connect your dealership’s website to TalentNest, you may need a web developer to link your job page to your custom TalentNest website address.

TalentNest supports IE9+, Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

TalentNest is currently available in English, French, Spanish and Simplified Chinese.

Updates and upgrades are released on a weekly basis — free of charge.

Log in and go to the “Assessments” tab. Then go to “Profile/Screens” and fill in the requested information. Choose the job-specific assessment you wish to send from the dropdown box at the bottom of the page. Finally, click “Send Invite” to send your assessment.
